Meet Your Naturopath, Jessica

Hi, I’m Jessica,

I’m a Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner (RHN) through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, a Women’s Hormones and Fertility Specialist through The Integrative Women’s Health Insitute, a member of ANPQ (association of naturopaths Quebec), and I’m also currently working on becoming certified as a Fertility Awareness Method Educator through FEMM.

My difficult journey to rebalancing my hormones post-birth control was the catalyst for my passion for helping women better understand their bodies and giving them more tools and options for managing their hormonal conditions.

I offer my clients the reproductive anatomy class that high school never taught us, a complete analysis of their diet, lifestyle, and medical history so we can uncover the root of their hormonal symptoms and lastly, I teach them how to take back control of their health and fertility with tools like nutrition, lifestyle changes, supplements and fertility awareness (comprehensive cycle tracking).

You will also get actionable steps like setting tech boundaries and prioritizing sleep and joy and resources such as a guide on nourishing the adrenals and a planner for creating supportive habits, empowering you to counteract stress's negative effects on hormonal balance.

Module 4: Hormone Detox

Module 4 delves into detoxification's importance in hormone balance, cautioning against detoxing during pregnancy but emphasizing daily toxin reduction through dietary and lifestyle tweaks. It covers the liver's vital role, signs of liver burden, exposure sources, and the liver's three detox phases. Detailed dietary advice includes glutathione and antioxidant-rich foods, cruciferous veggies, and high-fiber foods. Lifestyle tips, supplements, and additional resources are also provided, aiming to support liver health and optimize hormonal well-being.
